Composition and Technology
Neuramis Deep contains 20 mg/mL of cross-linked hyaluronic acid. The cross-linking process is crucial for enhancing the filler's stability, resistance to degradation, and longevity. Medytox utilizes its proprietary SHAPE technology (Stable Hyaluronic Acid and Purification Enhancement) in the production of Neuramis fillers. This technology involves a two-step cross-linking process followed by enhanced purification, which results in a highly purified, stable, and durable HA gel. Neuramis Deep is a monophasic, colorless, and transparent non-animal-derived stabilized HA (NASHA) filler.
Some formulations of Neuramis Deep include lidocaine (0.3%) to minimize discomfort during the injection process. However, a lidocaine-free version is also available for patients who may have allergies to lidocaine.

When compared to Neuramis Volume, Neuramis Deep is ideal for medium wrinkles and subtle contouring, including lips, due to its medium viscosity. Neuramis Volume, with its higher viscosity and HA concentration (23-26 mg/mL), is better suited for restoring significant volume loss in larger areas like the cheeks and chin.
In comparison to Juvederm, both are HA-based dermal fillers. Neuramis Deep is often more cost-effective and typically lasts 9 to 12 months, while some Juvederm formulations can last up to 24 months. Juvederm also has a wider range of products tailored for specific areas and is FDA-approved, whereas Neuramis Deep does not yet have FDA approval.
