Human Resources Internship

Hello! We are Bruno Dermal Filler, an online store that supplies various types of skincare dermal filler products. We are currently seeking an HR intern to support us in managing our recruitment process. The perfect candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with a or independently, have strong attention to detail and show creativity and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

• Review resumes and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
• Draft personnel action forms for new hires, terminations, title changes, etc.
• Conduct job and task analysis to determine job requirements and objectives.
• Advertise open positions through approved recruitment channels.
• Coordinate orientations and initial training sessions for new employees.
• Provide administrative support as necessary.

Essential skills:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities across various platforms.
• A degree in administration, human resources, marketing or relevant experience from a related role (e.g., HR or international business).
• Knowledgeable about common office software programs such as Word and Excel
• Ability to work both individually and with a team
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

• Effective communication skills including speaking, active listening, observation
• Capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Additional information: Duration: 3 - 6 months Hours: You must commit to working 20 hours per week. Monday through Friday for four hours each day. Team: Your team will consist of 10 - 12 interns led by a manager.

Please note that this internship is unpaid; however upon completion of your internship we will provide you with a reference letter and certificate. As this is an online internship it allows you flexibility while still providing growth opportunities.
